  • Bait and switch the odds

    By 1 Angry Ju1ian
Pokemon GO is in violation of the App Store Developer's Guidelines, Section 3.1. that state Apps offering “loot boxes” or other mechanisms that provide randomized virtual items for purchase must disclose the odds of receiving each type of item to customers prior to purchase.” Pokemon GO frequently advertises in-game events where have a "chance" of gaining in-game content through micro-transactions that have no displayed odds." There is also evidence that they bait and switch odds during hatch/ shiny events per Silph Road research.
  • I’m confused

    By herARNOLD
I put my Pokémon in gyms and once they get defeated and come back to me I’m expecting to get poki coins but I don’t. I get a notification that I earned pokicoins but when I go to actually check I still have the same amount, no new coins.
  • App crashing

    By khyunsu
How can I fix my app if it closes app when I try to play. It doesn’t even let me allow location because it doesn’t show up on settings and it goes back to home screen after I press the app.
  • Security

    By nicknicknick12345653
The security of this game is comparable to airport security. I had to verify so many times non stop with no way of me getting to play the game itself.
  • A Game Ruined by its Developers

    By Devyn L.
While I very much enjoy most Pokémon-related content, this game’s developer, Niantic, hinders almost all of the enjoyment that should be possible from this game. To name a few issues: ever-present bugs, change of odds for certain paid content (and undisclosed odds for paid loot boxes which violates the Apple TOS), lack of transparency or contact with the community, indifference to mistakes the developer itself makes that lower enjoyability or fairness of the game, tendency to value money over player experience, etc. Until these issues are addressed or resolved, it is hard to say that anyone should willingly download such a broken game backed by one of the worst developers in the industry. I’m not sure what The Pokémon Company was thinking with this partnership.
  • Egg incubation issues

    By AshBiller
During the last week of this event there's been incubation issues. The incubation time should be half but I have eggs that are doing their full incubation time. Niantic doesn't give an option to report this... I went to report the issue but was only given three options on what my issue was. Would be great to have better support from such a large company.
  • Raid bug

    By qidhxgxrhryfgegehgddbh
If you enter a raid lobby then you get in but it won’t put you in all the way so when everyone defeats it kicks you out and doesn’t let you catch the Pokémon game needs serious bug fixes!
  • Stop changing shiny odds in the middle of events without notice!

    By Pacha323
App is in violation of App Store Review Guidelines 3.1.1 on In-App Purchase: “Apps offering “loot boxes” or other mechanisms that provide randomized virtual items for purchase must disclose the odds of receiving each type of item to customers prior to purchase.” Rates on loot boxes have changed dramatically for in app purchases recently and some items have even been temporarily disabled and the developer did not disclose this.
  • Add a mission for a specific shiny (such as Mew or Ditto)

    By jaleksi
This game is amazing the thrill of getting a one hundred IV Pokémon or a shiny is truly exhilarating. When I was sitting down on the charmander community day (I didn’t know) I got a shiny charmander, so since I got this I’ve been playing this game every day, but the next community day should be a whole bunch of pidgeys, rattatas, etc. and they all turn into a ditto, and if your lucky, you get a shiny ditto, it sounds like a great addition to the game, then add a mission to the game like “Another Mew, But Blue” where you get a shiny Mew if you finish it
  • Really fun game!

    By DexMorphious
I’ve been playing this game off and on since it’s release and it hasn’t dissapointed. I do have one concern about a bug when you open your eggs from the trainer profile. It causes a visual glitch
