    I love BritBox! Please tell me you’re going to add a 10 second back button so I can skip back a few seconds when I missed some thing. Like Netflix has a 30 second back button and Hulu has a 10 second back button.
  • Inconsistent performance

    This app works great for a number of months, then it does not. I try to watch the beginning of certain episodes of two of my favorite programs with my iPad. The episode stops and the app crashes. I email support and receive no reply or feedback. All my software is up to date.

    Do please fix the app for 5 stars. * Could you please have the app note when an episode has been watched? Really pretty basic. You already know about the crashes and other complaints. It’s about time, don’t you agree? * Being able to queue episodes in advance, and/or allow sequential episodes to play. Thanks in advance.

    BritBox, If you want your app to attract customers instead of repelling them, you must replace this app with one that is fully compliant with and takes advantage of the features and functions of the AppleTV and the AppleTV Remote. Your developers may be good developers, but this app presents no evidence of that. Try hiring at least one developer who is expert in tvOS who can mentor your tvOS development team and fully leverage their skill base. The goal is productive developers and happy customers, thereby creating increased revenues. You have excellent content that deserves an acceptable presentation. Good Luck. 1. When AppleTV settings are set to display captions, the app should display captions. 2. When ‘pause’ is pressed on the remote, the program should pause. A second press should resume the program. 3. When ‘menu’ is pressed on the remote, the app should go back one step. 4. When the Home button on the remote is pressed, the app should go back to the AppleTV Home Page. 5. When the customers drags their finger down on the remote while watching a program, the AppleTV program menu (‘video’, ‘audio’, ‘subtitles’) should pull down from the top of the screen. That’s it for off the top of my head, but there may be more. 6. When a customers completes an episode, particularly when the app subsequently exits the episode, the app should not be placing the episode in the ‘Keep Watching’ queue. 7. Customers should be able to delete episodes from the ‘Keep Watching’ queue.
  • Doesn’t sync recently played

    This app doesn’t sync properly. After watching an episode and trying to go back to watching later it is never on the episode that was last played.

    Fist off, just opening the app and seeing the horrible layout makes my teeth hurt. This whole app is over simplified with basically 4-6 genres, no subcategories, no filters or sorts. Guys stop being lazy & developed an iPad version. Content, no real way of getting to the type of shows I tend to watch which means scrolling through dozens of shows & reading each description to see if it would interest me. Add real genre filters. Fire the guy who built this app in 2001 and hire the nearest 12 y/o, I’m nearly 100% sure they could do a better job. ByFAR the worsts
  • No Problems With BritBox App!

    I really love BritBox! I am having a blast watching all the variety of movies and shows. The comedies just have 🤣 on the floor! BritBox app works perfectly on my iPad Pro. The series start from left to right. There is a menu bar on top, that breaks down shows by genre. There is a complete watch listing. There is a space to continue watching a series, where you left off. I am glad, that I went ahead and tried BritBox! Great subscription to have!

    I’m not sure where u live but it works great here in Orlando Florida... I have been using them for while now at least 4 or 5 yrs and never had an issue as fars to streaming... But I also have Amazon prime so you can go thru them also...
