  • Ads, ads, ads, ads, commercial commercial commercial. Is it worth it?

    The fact that this app allows data free streaming, makes this app pretty awesome. It's pretty awsome until you realize that while you're watching some of your favorite shows, you'll be watching more ads than your show. The amount of ads is incredible, if you're lucky you'll get 5 minutes of streaming for every 3 minutes of ads. If your unlucky, you can expect 3 minutes of ads, maybe 3 minutes of streaming and another 30 seconds of ads. After all those ads you might get another 10 minutes of streaming, but don't count on it. Also, pray that you don't get a message or a phone call because when you get back to streaming, you'll most likely have to watch another 3 minutes of ads. It is absolutely amazing how many ads you must sit through to watch your show, then you start wondering if it's worth the monthly rate you're paying. Perhaps it is, considering you get access to other streaming apps for no additional charge. Don't forget those apps also has a ton of ads. Ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, ads. Commercial, commercial, commercial, commercial. To anybody thinking about using this app, I hope you're a patient person.

    The same issues only worse than a year ago. Glitches never fixed. Repeatedly freezing screen. Having to watch commercials over and over again. Having to restart app only to either freeze up or watch yet again another set of commercials. Completely ridiculous.

    I NEVER had an issue logging in ever. I only logged out bc alllll of a sudden the shows weren’t playing s this has never happened. It’s been two days now can’t log in. I’m done and I’m changing my plan. It about to be paying for something I can’t use. I mean ow many consumers pay for things to do one thing and it does NOTHING. I’m tired.

    We got this with our cell phone service. I was excited to get the Hallmark channel. Only... it’s not all access; you’re at the whim of a preset schedule and limited offerings. Okay. I can work around that. Nope. Now it doesn’t work AT ALL. Tried “help” on the website. Not so helpful. Tried resetting the password. It says it’s logging in, then a box pops up saying, “Oops! Something went wrong.” Seriously? So disappointed. I wanted to watch cheesy Christmas movies. Now I get nothing.

  • Get rid of ‘Swipe down for more’

    I am using this app on Apple TV 4K. Overall the app is nothing great and okay to use but the most annoying thing is the constant presence of ‘swipe down for more’ option at the top of the screen. It occupies the top 10% of the screen constantly and it’s really annoying. I had Direct TV in past, ATT TV now and now this one, and one thing is constant ATT makes terrible apps. The only thing ATT knows is to increase price for the service but doesn’t really believe in improving the service.

    Just take a look at all the reviews. There is obviously a major issue with this app. As others have mentioned the audio becomes out of sync within 30s. It’s like they have no intention of fixing it because they don’t want to offer the service at this price. Class action?
