Sure its free to have the app on your phone but to USE it, you have to pay. Didn't get to even identify ONE plant.
  • No option to stop paying

Kid downloaded this app and somehow started getting charged 8 dollars a week for it even though it was deleted immediately.

Be careful!! I used this once and I thought I had cancelled but kept getting charged. Good for identifying plants but tricky to cancel.
  • Charges

I can’t figure out if I’m being charged to use these apps. They say payment processed but it doesn’t say how much.
  • Not Up Front

    By bisbeegirl2
U don’t know u have to pay until u get into the App. It’s not up front, it just says GET! I never entered my name, hit start, continue, allow location, start trial, etc. So I hope I didn’t commit to anything. Then when u do a search for cancel info it doesn’t give u that information! I don’t believe I signed up for this App at all. I went & looked through settings & couldn’t find anything confirming any type of purchase so I don’t believe I did. U really need to be more clear in the beginning & instruct ppl where to cancel! Ur not sharing enough info in the first place. Thank u. Bisbeegirl2
  • App says free, but it is not!

    By Jefanghug
App says it is free when you download, but you have to do a free trial or buy a subscription to actually use the identifier! Misrepresentation!
  • Actually Identifies Plants

This app so far is great. It’s actually identified the plants I've taken pictures off.
