  • Putting ‘continue watching’ the first slide and others

    Put the shows I haven’t finished first like NETFLIX!Also when u finish an episode u have to wait for the whole episode to end (including credits) for the ‘next’ icon.THATS ANNOYING.add that and series details to pop up right after the show ends.FIX YOUR APP ITS ANNOYING.Also in continue watching you don’t have a ‘series details.’You can only finish the episode
  • Terrible loading

    This has gotten worse since I first got it. It’s so laggy and it just won’t load. There are glitches and when it does work the sound and picture are off, then it disconnects me from my internet and crashes. I’ve never had problems like this until I got this app. Sure the content is good, but they need to fix a lot.

    I got charged for an account that is not even there. I don’t understand how they got my information yet I was charged. My sister was charged twice for her subscription. What is going on with Disney.

    i feel every time i watch one movie it then won’t work for any other movie or show. i love all the selection they have but it’s irritating once i watch my one movie it i longer works.

    I started with this service on the wrong foot. I preordered Disney+ for 3 years using my iCloud account. I have Verizon mobile service using a different email. I call Disney plus and ask what the best way for me to take advantage of Verizon’s one year free Disney+ service on top of my prepaid 3 year plan I have with Disney+. Disney+ representative guides me to redeem the Verizon promotion using a separate Disney plus account and later I would get an email confirming merging the accounts to get 4 years of the service essentially. After numerous calls and escalations since disney+ launch, I still get the same answer! I’ll receive an email confirming the merging of accounts and nothing as of 1/22/2020. This is crazy being a service like Disney. I get no response on follow up emails etc. My case CS1193525 and no one is doing anything to fix this. I have 2 accounts active wasting service times.

    Loved the app at first but after not using it for some time I came back to see all of the live action Marvel movies gone. I downloaded and subscribed to Disney+ almost purely for Marvel. Super disappointed in this and will be canceling my subscription if this isn’t resolved soon.
  • Add new Collection Movie

    I just wondering if they can add new Collection Movie as Harry Potter?? I love that movie but I have dvd, my family don’t use dvd a lot so I want to watch it. The apps is great and almost all the movie they has, it was so hard to pick the movie in the first place. I use everyday. It was calm and relax to watch, mostly cute, funny and romantic.
