    Thanks for the opportunity and service. AT&T customer support is very helpful. Thanks for the great internet. Streaming is great but gotta be careful “limited”. Discounts are great. Looking forward to stay with AT&T in the future. Thanks for understanding. I keep receiving phone scam calls. Spam. People who complained about my number calling them while I didn’t! AT&T must install filters to protect users. The Safety of 5G Has Not Been Tested. Research and investigation team is missing

    I’m only able to look at my account info when I have a warning notice about my data plan. I have been unable to actually look at it in real time generally to plan ahead no matter whether I’m on Wi-Fi or data. I don’t know what it is about this app? Upgraded already etc. useless to me as is.

    Can’t see anything on my wireless. 8 weeks ago I could see my wireless info and bills and pay bills. 6 weeks ago that changed. 2 tickets opened and were closed without problem being fixed. Now have 3rd ticket opened and 6 days ago everything on my wireless was deleted. Now I can’t see anything on my wireless and no one has contacted me about this. App is useless if you can’t see all your accounts or do anything on them.

    AT&T costumer service is terrible. They never answer the phone, and when they do, they pass you from rep to rep and no body knows what department handles what. And if you go into an office is even worse. They tell you that they can’t do anything because “they are just a small or satellite office” they tell you some one is going to look into it for you and get back with you and they never do. I am stock with this contact for the moment but I will switch as soon as I have the chance. WORSE COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE

    We live about 8 miles northeast of Greenville at the junction of I-30 and Hwy. 24. We have had a decrease in signal strength since early June. At times, it is very frustrating to have such poor service. As a senior citizen, I believe signal strength is not only nice, but it is essentially very important to have good strength in the event of an emergency. A tower is nearby so we would be led to believe strength should be good, but not so. Many other AT&T customers have the same complaint. Please check the tower in our area.
