    The subtitle in iOS devices are too big, and no matter what settings I changed, it won’t help. Tried to adjust the subtitle size in IOS devices settings and in the Netflix from your website but with no luck. This problem on in iOS devices, other devices and the web are OK

    Let me start off by saying I love Netflix but, every time I see a new cartoon,anime, or show come out it is always 10 to 12 episodes and sometimes the show is good and I Benge watch it but, it takes like not even a whole day to finish and it gets boring. so maybe you should make a show have people or fans review it make like maybe 24 episodes or 2 seasons then put it on your website then bingo! Everyone enjoys you guys even more and even if it takes a little more time you guys do have stranger things but, Rome wasn’t built in a day you need patience I feel like you guys are just trying to keep shooting the originals at us that are good but not finished.

    I used to be a huge fan of Netflix for all the great shows... however, now I tell everyone I know or come in contact with to be aware and NOT subscribe!! The reason for this is because about 5 months ago my income changed and could no longer afford some luxuries so I cancelled my subscription to Netflix. Or so I thought. I was no longer able to sign in to the account, so I believed it to be finished.. BUT THEY CONTINUE TO BILL ME EVERY MONTH REGARDLESS! Every time I call to complain, I hear “no ma’am we haven’t billed your account” while I am looking at my bank statements every month CLEARLY showing the bill of $15.99! I contacted my bank, filed fraud, changed my account number, changed my debit card, deleted the app from every source I have, and yet they STILL find a way to steal money from me, then deny it. I called again today to work through this issue once and for all, but the rep was so rude saying, “what do you want from me?! I don’t see the charges” when I had asked her to look up my name to see if I had a second account because that was all I could think of to do. She responded by saying the ONLY way of doing this was to give her my debit card number that I originally signed up with......uh ya, that was like 3 cards ago, I don’t have that info, she then hung up on me!!! My bank told me that companies will access your Apple account to retrieve any and all information they want in order to take money! So changing my numbers never mattered! Calling them never mattered! I basically turned into their personal ATM! I don’t know what else to do other than maybe take them to court to get a restraining order or something! Terrible that a company so reputable would rob you month after month!! Very upset!
